My Second Trade Mark
It is so funny, I thought at the time when I designed my first trade mark that it was the only one I’d ever want or indeed need…
Then a few years later I attended a class presented by AH and suddenly realised that, because I have now created a master class (or 12 week programme) I might want a second trade mark!
Fortunately I was helped by one of the ACE mentors, CC, with the creation of the name, The Unique Branded Blueprint. What she did was that she helped me choose the name and I then, using my unique handwriting, came up with the look of this mark, as you see it above.
I give credit here to Edward Clay, from Raphael Design, who is the guy who cleaned up my handwriting and vectorised it so that it can be used as a trade mark.
As you can tell I have 2 different versions of it, because at one stage I needed it to fit into a certain format and so I had someone help me squeeze it down to two lines.
If I am completely honest I prefer the three lined version because that’s how it came to me in the first place.
You might recognise the registration symbol?
If you do that is because it is the very same from my first trade mark GRAND IPR. It is in actual fact the last R that has been put into a circle and the colour is turquoise like the rest of The Unique Branded Blueprint®️. Also to me it looks like the registration symbol in the two lined version is a lighter blue than turquoise.
You might also notice that in both of these trade marks I have used my own handwriting. I added a heart over the i in blueprint to show that this is to do with uniqueness - this trade mark is in use for the programme that is taking business people from no trade mark to a registrable one.
I know what criteria the mark has to live up to so for me it’s relatively easy to create trade marks, which is why I am providing this service to the people who are interested.
I know that this is going to transform many businesses and I am proud of myself for having created the programme and the trade mark. I can’t wait to dive into this process with you dear reader.
